Should a claim occur, we ensure prompt reporting and followup in order to obtain reasonable offers and an early discharge. We negotiate claims adjustment terms with the claims departments and loss adjusters to ensure that our clients are treated fairly. It is also our duty to advice our clients on what is obtainable and just between the insurer and the insured with respect to claims administration and settlement. |
Claims Process:
- Obtaining adequate details about the occurrence
- Reporting to the relevant authorities where practicable
- Calling or visiting the insurer immediately for inspection
- Obtaining a repair or replacement estimate or quotation
- Completing a claims report form
- Making presettlement repairs in order to cushion effect of risk occurrence
- Obtaining discharge & confirming satisfaction
- Repair, replacement or monetary settlement of claim
- Reinstatement after loss/damage

- We obtain required information foom client to the insurers, vice versa
- We follow up and insist on reasonable and fair offer to client
- We educate client on terms of claim offers and repudiations
- We negotiate for reasonable adjustments
- We obtain discharge and settlement on behalf of client
- These services do not cost the client anything - as we depend on our commission from the underwriter(s)
